This town house in Carlton was not old but falling apart and cold. The roof and windows leaked, and plaster was falling off the walls and ceiling. Windows were popping and the heating system was terrible, leaving the home freezing. After consulting with the owners we found the best systems that would work for their needs. In addition we helped them get their insurance to fix the problems as well as add a few new creature comforts.
